A group of hotels as colorful as key west itself, the keys collection combines trusted brands, spirited bars & restaurants, and exceptional accommodations for a boutique vacation experience, influenced by the laidback attitude and local flare of this southernmost destination.
The Keys Collection is set to debut a 40-foot interactive art installation, painted by local Key West muralist and painter, Lance Berry. Lance’s artistic style embodies Key West with colorful, large, and loose brush strokes that draw the eye. The art installation features Key West’s favorite rooster, who some may call a local celebrity. Representing a part of Key West's charm, roosters are considered a symbol of Key West’s laid-back, free-spirited lifestyle and the residents of Rooster Row are exactly that. The leader of our flock lives his life as a free spirit, enjoying happy hours, watching sunsets, and embracing the most important attribute of Key West, One Human Family. He loves the ocean, has a desire to explore, and spends most of his days dreaming of and writing about his next greatest adventure.
One Rooster Family
All are welcome. Locals and visitors alike are invited to see this Insta-worthy interactive art installation, as colorful as Key West itself. The installation will serve as a must-see attraction in The Florida Keys. Friends of our flock are welcome to grab a drink or a snack at one of the property’s six bars and restaurants. Every hour is happy on Rooster Row. Partnership opportunities, designed to support small businesses and the local community, a creative spin on traditional marketing, are available. For information, please email roosterrow@thekeyscollection.com. Rooster Row’s newest resident is expected to arrive this summer. It’s a secret for now – so send us an email if you want to be the first to know!

“I create art that encapsulates the feeling of a tropical moment, like how you feel after a summer breeze or a rain shower — refreshed and smiling with an overall feeling of joy.” – Lance Berry
Lance Berry lives and works in Key West, Florida. Berry refers to his painting practice as ‘unbridled art’ which requires large, loose brush strokes and highly saturated colors to enhance contrast and draw the eye.
Selected Solo exhibitions include “Clé” (2018-Present), “Key West City Hall” (2020), and “Southernmost Beach Café” (2018-Present) in Key West, Florida. Berry received nomination and was a Finalist for a “Bubba Award” (2018) in Best Artist, alongside Wyland and Rick Worth.
